Files invisible on AFP share in Illustrator

I have a user who is not able to see any files or folders on an AFP share (SFM on Windows 2003) when attempting to Save As. The files are visible in the finder, terminal, it is not a permissions issue, and I have trashed permissions. Any ideas? Are there hidden files on the share that need to be trashed?Start Free Trial
