Mac Help (mac to mac sync) offers this advice:
To manually synchronize your iDisk:
1. Select the iDisk icon in the sidebar on the left side of a Finder window.
>> This is OK
2. Click the Sync button to the right of the iDisk icon.
>> I don't see a Sync button
How do I accomplish this Sync?
Cheers, Jim

So far - so good, the synced folders have data.
My ultimate goal is to be able to MobileMe publish from both my iMac & MacBook Pro, so both must be synced to MobileMe gallery. So far, that has not happened.
Not sure of the next step(s) to see all published albums with both macs - under MobileMe Gallery in the Source list. Is this an iPhoto issue?
I am expecting iLife 09 (today?), so the solution may be the same.
If one Mac has synced with MM the files/folders that you want, the other one should as well. Have you registered both computers with MM? That's in the MM Sync tab and then Advanced. You would of course have to also have idisk sync set on the second Mac :)
I wouldn't think that it's an iPhoto thing especially in one mac has successfully done the sync with MM.

Open the MobileMe icon in System Pref and log into your account. Then Go to the idisk menu item and at the bottom will be a button to start idisk sync. Once this is running, either automatically or manually, there will be a sync icon next to idisk in Finder.
