There is an application in \Applications\Utilities on the Mac called the Keychain Access application for managing passwords. One of the menu items in the Keychain Access utility is Keychain Repair. She should run that and see if it fixes the problem.
If it doesn't she should click on Passwords in the left hand window of the Keychain Access Utility and then delete the AD password entry in the right window. Hopefully the next time she logs into the server the correct (new) password will be stored in the keychain.
