Ok. So here's a weird one.
A few months ago, we had an IT person reinstall Entourage onto someone's computer, and when it tried to sync with our Windows Exchange Server 2003 (POSSIBLY 2007) ... It took days to sync, and never finished. so someone decided to stop the syncing.
Well, when I ran across this, it said if you stopped the sync you would lose data. However, I was told that it would most likely only lose the data on the local Mac.
Now, this end-user is missing a TON of email, we can't see any of this old email in our OWA ...Is it gone for good?
I was reading some items about Entourage and how sometimes your user profile might change or get moved ... But Entourage doesn't take email off of Exchange, does it?
He's been in need of his email for a few months and we're completely stumped!
