Translation of VBScript to Applescript...

Asked by uwphotonut in AppleScript, VB Script

Tags: Apple, Applescript, OS X Leopard

I need some help translating the attached VBscript into Applescript.  I checks a text file for a list of computers that the file copy is to take place on.  First an item in the list is checked to see if it is connected to the network.  If it is the file transfer takes place.  Regardless of availability the result copy or unavailable is written to a log file.  I have scoured the internet trying to find the applescript equivelants for these commands but have been mostly unsuccessful.Start Free Trial
