How do I setup my iMAC to use a default (generic) local profile when l logging to NDS using Kanaka? Right now when I login to NDS, OSX creates the home directory for the user on their network space. This makes everything slower than molasses. Kanaka has an option that creates a local profile on the machine, but does this for every new user. I have upwards of 20K users and this will not work.
I would like when a network user logs in, they use a pre configured local account/profile named Student. Every user logging into the network should get that desktop.
Does anyone know how to go about doing this?
