Hi,
I just have some simple exploratory questions for developing native iPhone apps:
1) Haven't used objective C, but are threads supported in objective C (I'm assuming they must) and more importantly will the iPhone OS support them? I heard you're not allowed to create background processes, so I'm hoping at least to create threads within an active process?
2) What is the deal with the developer program, if you download the SDK for free, you can't distribute your app yet, right? If you pay the $99 fee, then you're already allowed to start distributing your app via the iTunes store?
3) Is there a dedicated iPhone developer forum I should be posting to?
