REALBasic isn't my language but it seems like you can get that functionality, at least for Windows, by adding Windows Functionality Suite (aka WFS). There is info on this at http://www.aaronballman.co
I hope this helps, at least as a start. Hopefully there will be other experts more qualified in REALBasic who can respond and help too. If you have a question then let me know and I will do what I can to provide more info.
