How to give security for app.config file in C#.net?

hi experts,

        I our organization we have developed on C#.net windows application. we have create seup file for this application to distribute to clients. but when we down load thi MSI file from  website and install in client system its also downloading app.config file also. My requirement is,
1. when client opens this app.config file it should show encrypted data or
2. how we can give security that client should not in a position to open this file, in any mode like password.. plz help out..
