In order to program apps for the iPhone then you are going to need the SDK
The SDK is currently only avalaible for MAC..
There are a number of guides on the internet about how to get MAC OSX running on a virtual machines running on a windows host system... But this isnt legal as Apple dont allow their software to be virutlised...
You can of course buy a book (recommend http://oreilly.com/catalog /978193435 6258/) but i presume that you are going to want try what you read...!
