I am totally new for 4D.
I would like to make 4D database connection with php and display the result as php page.
I tried 4D ajax framework but i feel that the possibilities are limited or i do not get the real documentation to use it the way that i want.
Can anyone give me suggestion how can i use with php because i am a developer in php.
I user mac 10.5.7 as platform

Probably the simplest way is to use the ODBC driver for 4D.
s/products .html and scroll down to "ODBC Driver for 4D Server Version 2004.8 Updated 30 June, 2009".
Well, you could if you had Windows ... http://www.4d.com/download
Without the "glue" from PHP to 4D you are not going to get anywhere easily.
