AutoEmail Program for Mac

I need to write a program that will email a list of people - one at a time - the same email message.  I have written something that works on Windows Platform, but now I have a request to do the same for a Mac.  Other than running VMWare on the MAC, is there a way I can do this natively on a MAC - useing it's address book?
