Hi,

I'm trying to install Windows XP Pro SP2 through bootcamp on a Macbook Pro running 10.5.4 with latest updates. However, I get to the stage where everything is installed and it's trying to boot into windows, and I get a dialog saying "activation is required to login to windows". When I try to activate, it won't recognise the network controller, and it will try to do it over the phone. However, when it goes to the phone page, there is no installation id there (usually nine sets of 6 numbers). Don't know what's going on, as I've never had to activate windows before login. It's a legit key, but I've tried it with two install discs, still no luck. Would love for some advice.
