Bootcamp with Windows XP - Wireless adapter shows Hardware error after resuming from standby or hibernation

On my macbook pro with bootcamp (windows xp pro), the internet connection is lost after resuming from stand by or hibernate mode. The Wireless network shows connected but if I ping a domain like google.com, it shows Hardware error.

I have Leaopard, bootcamp 2.1 and Macbook pro is 1 year old. (model before the latest one)

I have reinstalled all the drivers again from the boot camp support disc.
