HP iPAQ 4150 rom update crash

HI

I just tried to update my iPAQ 4150 but something has gone wrong, it loads 50%, then the iPA re-starts, then the update crashes, and tells me to reset th PDA. Ive done this more than a dozen times, but it never works. Now PDA is stuff on the HP logo and has 1.0SH and 1.0Z at the top

Trying to upgrade version 1.00 to 1.10

Is this fixable or screwed?
