Import records from excel

I am importing an excel file into filemaker pro7.  excel table was for an old insurance claims log.  One row per member, per year, and the number of claims.  For example
Year     Member       No of claims
2007    Springfield             8
2007    LA                         35
2008    Sringfield               14

I need to import as 8, 35, and 14 records, .  This has be done for a 20 year period for about 30 towns per year and would be quite time consuming to add the records manually.
