Import fp.5 files into access

I want to import a Mac-created Filemaker Pro 5 file into MS Access 2003/2007 in Windows XP. The file has embedded jpegs, and formatted fields. Does the Access Database have to be created first? Is there a mapping tool from the fp.5 to Access fields? Is there an interim "rosetta stone" format that both can read/write to/from? The info already listed at this site under this heading is too vague to be useful. Is there a step-by-step answer that anyone has the time and expertise to post? Thanks in advance.Start Free Trial
