Thank you. I'm not sure what happened, but I now have internet connectivity. I followed your instructions and simply clicked the ethernet port and it automatically connected. Thanks.

Her internet connectivity was fine until two days ago. No changes have been made to her system, she is not behind a firewall. What is wierd is she has internet connectivity through her Mac platform, but no connectivity on the Windows Platform. Unfortunately I am not familiar with dealing with Macs to be able to troubleshoot this issue.

Could you give a little more detail? Is she connected via wireless or LAN? If it's a LAN, I assume she's tried to connect her computer to your network and then restart and try the Parallels connection again. If you're in Parallels and if you go to "Devices" and pick the network adapter, you can change settings there as to the network setup.
Usually when I have this issue when I travel and use different LANs or Wireless points, either changing those settings, or going to System Preferences and to Network---you'll see more Parallels Network settings there.
