You can either use MacLink Pro, which is a professional software and costs a few bucks, but is extremely versatile and easy to use. Certainly worth the money if you have more documents that you need to convert!
.. or just use ClarisWorks / AppleWorks in a fairly recent version. Because it comes with a 'light' version of MacLink Plus, it can directly save it's documents as Word Docs. If you have lots of CW documents, you probably have ClarisWorks somewhere already.
Hope this helps

It's called MacLink Plus and can be found at www.versiontracker.com. Itll convert to and from just about any text doc, spreadsheet, database, etc. A lite version ships by default with Mac OS.
