sync issue between outlook 2007 and Entourage 2008

i have a microsoft network with exchange 2003, which every body connects to,
one of my users have a mac leopard os 10.5 and he connects to exchange by Entourage 2008 through owa,
the secretary has windows xp and office 2007 and she is connected to exchange 2003 directly in the office,
his calander is shared and she makes changes to it every day but some times when he comes to the office and connects directly to the network all the changes are gone.

how can i fix it?
