Remote Desktop full screen in OS X

Hello,

We've installed on two separate Mac OS 10.2 machines MS Remote Desktop clients ver 1.03. In each case the user cannot enable full screen mode. Is there a solution to this?

Might be a screen resolution issue try setting the same resolution on both PC and see if that works

Maybe the PC screen resolution is smaller than the Mac screen resolution?

I've directed one  of the users to launch the RDP client, click on the display options, & select full screen. There was no problem with the screen resolution, it is a matter of configuring the RDP client properly on the MAC. Any ideas on how I should award the points here?

Try Cord, it's a MS Remote Desktop client replacement free to see if still happens the same thing.

http://cord.sourceforge.net/

If it does Full Screen, you have a choice of sticking to Cord or trying diag why the Ms one does not work.
