Maybe the PC screen resolution is smaller than the Mac screen resolution?

We've installed on two separate Mac OS 10.2 machines MS Remote Desktop clients ver 1.03. In each case the user cannot enable full screen mode. Is there a solution to this?

If it does Full Screen, you have a choice of sticking to Cord or trying diag why the Ms one does not work.

Might be a screen resolution issue try setting the same resolution on both PC and see if that works
