Entourage 2004 Mail Delivery Location Problem

Hi all,

A user of mine has Entourage 2004. He has the default personal folders in there along with his Exchange 2003 mailbox. The problem is with incoming emails.

sometimes the emails go in the Personal Folder inbox, sometimes it goes on the Exchange inbox. It seems to be totally random. He has no rules defined.

Where do you set the delivery location of new emails? Any ideas as to what could cause this behavior?
