You don't mention what version of Numbers you have 09 or 08?
It is very simple ..
Open your Numbers file .. in the File menu ..
if you have Numbers 09 you can use SAVE AS and you'll see a checkbox to save an excel file automatically.
if you have Numbers 08 you have to use the EXPORT button and select Excel file format
Both options will create an XLS file which is compatible with MS Office Excel 2003 & 2007
You can email the EXCEL file to your intended recipient.

this might work
if they are already in an excel file,
Go to Solution 1.
if they are not and you have excel 2008
put the numbers into a file and
Go to solution 1.
if you don't have excel 2008
go to solution 2
solution 1.
then copy it to a pc and add .xls to the end for 2003
and .xlsx for 2007
ex. numbers -> numbers.xls
ex. numbers -> numbers.xlsx
Solution 2.
then open textedit and remove all rich text commands
type the numbers in
separate with commas and newline makes another row
save it and copy to a pc
there add .csv to the end
ex. numbers -> numbers.csv
