Most of your passwords are stored in your Keychain and can be deleted using the Keychain Access App found in \Applications\Utiltiies.
me may be stored in your browser cache or cookies. How these can be removed depends on the browser. In Safari, for instance, go the Security Tab in the Safari Prefs, and click on Show Cookies.
