The photoshop cs3 was keep crashing on start up so i remove TWAIN plugin from the import-export folder.
photosho works fine.i have to install scaner to make sure that designer can use photoshop to scan.
how do i fix that?

Dang! I wish I would not have deleted the work around. When I first emailed Epson support they wanted me to be happy with the epson module too but then I whinned again and they sent me a work around. The whole process took three days. I am sorry I don't remember it but I just did it and then dumped the memory. It was like a five step process but was easy.
what version of MacOS is your customer running?
if you are running Snow Leopard - when you installed the driver, were you prompted to install Rosetta - and did you select Yes? if not, you can go back and install Rosetta from the Snow Leopard DVD -->Other Installs folder.

It really depends on your scanner drivers. They have to support cs 3. What scanner is yours? Epson sent me a fix for my 3170 perfection but I already deleted it. Contact /check on the scanner's website to see if there is a fix. The older the scanner the less likey it is though.
