Problems with Quicktime movie

Hi, I closed the question here dealing with this question:
https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/26423645/Quicktime-Movie-not-visible-in-some-browsers.html

Because I thought I had an answer. But unfortunately I did not. So I am starting a new question, can you please look at the link above for details? I've asked the client to tell me the version of browser he is using for IE and FF. Thanks.

Oh, I checked with my hosting service and they said, "We are not blocking .mov files at all on our servers. You will be able to include them in your site just fine as long as your embed code is correct. I would recommend checking this out: http://jakeludington.com/project_studio/20050911_embedding_quicktime_mov.html"

What I seem to be missing is: <param name="type" value="video/quicktime" height="320" width="800">

Does that sound right to everyone? Thanks.
More information- the client is running Firefox version 3.5.9  & Internet Explorer 8 version 8.0.7600.16385

He had trouble on those two browsers.

Thank you Naser! He says he sees other virtual tours no problem, so he may fight this a little. Would you suggest I show him other quicktime sites and see if he has the same issues first?
I agree, Let's try it this way, and then if the problem still exist then we will try somethings else.

Good luck
Sorry for the delay, my client has some family issues and isn't at work right now.
I went with a flash solution instead, but I believe this is the correct answer.
