Testing Websites on Multiple Platforms

I am using Fusion on my Intel Mac. I have successfully installed Vista and Windows XP and can test browsers in those platofrms. When I look at my statistics for my site I see that I have people accessing the site using IE5 Win NT and IE7 Win 2003. I also have a subscription to Remote Access at Browser Cam but they tell me that these options are in development.  My client is using the Win NT and Win 2003 platform so I have to support it. How can I test and trouble shoot these 2 platforms. Can I buy and install Windows NT or Win 2003? When I google I cannot find a specific answer. Thank you.
