Font issue on intel Mac running pc app

I developed a program which will print quotations using a 3rd party component called Viewpro.
It works very well. I have one customer who is running windows apps on the new intel based macs. not sure if he is using parralells of virtual pc or any other option for that matter. The problem is that when we print using the viewpro control the fonts are all messed up. I only use 'Arial' but the charchters are all butt together and you canno read the font. I have tried to substitute with another font but it gives me the same problem. I have asked his IT guy but he cannot tell me why the font is different. it works fine on PC just in this situation it is a propblem. Viewpro also does not allow me to do character spacing. even if it did the text would be to wide.

Not sure if this can be solved in my code or can someone with mac/pc experience help me with the font issue.
