Receiving HTML Newletters in Lotus Notes
HI,
When a user receives newsletters with images all they see is the script. I, however can see the actaull images. I have looked in User Preferences and the location document and cannot see where the problem can be. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Your browser configuration as well as your internet access configuration.... but i'm duditative...
Are they accessing the web via a proxy server? They might need to configure their proxy settings in their connection document.

I have checked and they have the proxy settings stated.
Ok how about checking their FILE/TOOLS/PREFERENCES under the MAIL icon there is an option: 'Internet Mail Format' which should be set to 'HTML and Plain Text'.

Have checked there and it is set to HTML and Rich text, this is correct I believe.
I don't have that option! What version are you using?
How about in the user preferences under basic; do you have enable Javascript checked?

R5.05, for mail though the template is inotes mail and C&S.

I'm stumped.... we'll see if anyone else has some ideas I guess.
If you are using notes clients - are you using the same version?
Do you have different settings in the person documents for "Format preference for incomming mail".
