How is this project number identified for a project ?<br />

For each given project group create a profile document or a document in view.. which will hold the current project number. Whenever another new project is created it will extract the value from the proj group and add 1 to it and update the profile doc accordingly.<br />

Use File..Export menu or command action to MS RTF format. This is readable by MS Word<br />

I new in all this stuff so i try to explain my best.<br />
I &nbsp;have a form where I have to enter all the information about my projects, no problem till here, but I want to creat a Code for each project, I want to inicializate de project code when I want, and I want that every time I create a new project de code incresase in 1, just when de document is new.<br />

Other issue is that I want to export &nbsp;the form to a file could be Word or Excel once i have finish it.<br />
