I have Exchange server 2003 w/sp1, (getting ready to goto SP2). I have my relay restrictions setup correctly, yet I have recently got some message to sites that are outside of the US. MAssages vary from:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test email - Please replay back if you receive
Sent: 10/28/2005 9:17 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
RPearman@phototechnik.co.z
a on 10/28/2005 9:17 AM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.

Are these message something that I have control over or is it the recepients email server that is blocking our exchange server?
