macro to prevent numeric field overflow of linked table to access works, but too many empty rows are populated.....
Sub Addspace() Dim cell As Object For Each cell In Selection cell.Value = "
" & cell.Value cell.Value = Right(cell.Value, Len(cell.Value) - 1) NextEnd
Sub
I am linking tables from excel into access. Running this macro preserves my data and essentially could be viewed as working. However, when I open up the linked table in Access, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of blank rows. I am trying to have this macro work on my range of data only and when I link my tables have my selection include no blank rows;.
