I've been working on a list of rules to filter incoming email to Outlook 2000. &nbsp;The first rules in the list delete messages with things like .jp, .cn, .kr, etc in the message header. &nbsp;On a regular basis I get a &quot;Rules in Error&quot; message that I don't have the appropriate permissions to perform the operation. &nbsp;The message gets sent to the deleted items file rather than permanently deleted as stated in the rule.<br />

I also get sporatic messages that the message can't be removed from the folder when in fact it has been sent to the delted item folder...not permanently deleted in this case. &nbsp;This would be based on words like &quot;stock&quot;, &quot;millionaire&quot;, etc.<br />
