Would it be a possibility to save all Outlook attachments to a temporary folder (for sure not manually :-) I mean with a VB/VBA-Script) and then use the Windows Search, where you can search in Files or the DOS-command &quot;Find&quot; <br />
to search for the String in this folder.<br />

If yes, I have written an Script, that saves Outlook Attachments to Disk and if u want to i´ll search and post it.<br />
