Email Messages add comment

I would like to add a personal comment to email messages when I am done with the request. I would like to add comments to the message indicating How the task was accomplished for example. My question is how do I add comments to email messages?

Thanks Mom-bom is that the only way there is no seperate notes/comment field for messages it just looks cleaner. If not do you know of any free add-ins that may do the trick? Let me know of any other ways you may know how to do this. If not it worrks I'll wait a little longer if no one has a better solution than your answer is accepted. Thanks for the response.

Hi rfresia,
Not sure about comments, but I utilize flags and categories to organize my emails, in addition to folders. See if that might be an option
