GRAPHIC WON'T SHOW IN E SIG
I have upgraded to Office 2003,
I cannot get a graphic to show with my signature it is set HTML and shows in the signature in creat signatures.
But just shows the little box with x in it and is blank in the E mail

Is the graphic(s) saved in c:\windows\application data\microsoft\signatures (may be a hidden file)

NO JPEG IN A FILE
Also, check that:
HTML is enabled in Outlook.
"Show Picture" is enabled in the advanced settings of Internet Explorer

HOW do you do that?
Save the jpeg to c:\windows\application data\microsoft\signatures

When you are creating your signature, are you browsing to c:\windows\application data\microsoft\signatures to select the jpeg?
Try enabling Show Picture in IE
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced

Open the jpeg and save it again in c:\windows\application data\microsoft\signatures. Or you can copy and paste the jpeg file there. and then when you are creating your signature, are you browsing to c:\windows\application data\microsoft\signatures to select the jpeg?

OK, arom, I must stick my head in and ask, for all of your recipients, that you re-think the graphic. Most graphics increase the size of emails; a feature that is not welcome by those of us that receive hundreds of messages as it is. If anything, save the graphic for special occasions only.
