Outlook reaccurence

Hey people.....

I have a user that has a annoying problem with they're outlook.

Every Monday morning, she arrives into the office and when she loads up her outlook, her old appointments from last year pop up.  I've had a look on the microsoft website and they suggest that i run 2 commands. one being cleanreminders and can't remember the other

These haven't work and am at my tether....can anyone help

What version of Outlook are we talking about?

Are these reminders from a PST file or Exchange Mailbox?  If Exchange, do you use Veritas backup?

The command could have been one of these:
outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy
outlook.exe /resetfolders

The user has got Microsoft outlook sp-3 and i think the reminders are coming from the server as the user hasn't got a pst file set up.

Yep, that does sound like the command lines i was given to run.  It has been suggested to me to actually back up the calender and then delete all entries, then restore......but not sure i want to go down that route!!
Outlook 2000 with Service Pack 3?

Since this is an Exchange Server mailbox, rather than a PST file, can you have the user log onto a different computer and open Outlook, so we will know if the issue is with the desktop or the mailbox itself?
Hi,

I've asked the user to log onto a different computer and it still seems to be happening there.....as you say, i guess this is a problem with the actual mailbox then
