I'm having an Outlook 2003 / POP3 problem. First off, we are running an Exchange 2003 Server, but we also run a number of websites that are hosted by an external company. Two of these websites have POP3 email accounts attached to them and TWO PEOPLE at the office check those POP3 accounts using Outlook 2003. That is, &nbsp;the Outlook 2003 client checks thier Exchange Email Account and two POP3 Accounts.<br />

I have it set so that they can both check the messages by having outlook &quot;leave a copy on the server for 10 days&quot; the problem is that on one person's computer Outlook KEEPS downloading the messages over and over and over again. <br />

How can I set it up so they can both check the mail without duplicates being downloaded?<br />
<br />
Can Exchange download the messages and then deliver them to the recipients that I choose? Or a public folder?<br />

Outlook 2003 keeps downloading the same message (duplicates)
