Hi BlueDevilFan,
I'm trying to find a way of managing my sent items so i can figure out who I need to chase up (ie. who has not replied to my messages)
this is related to the following question, which is my fallback option...

I can't imagine how this'd be possible. The only way I can think of to do this would be to read a sent message and then search every possible folder in your mail box looking for a reply. That'd present two problems. First, the response could be anywhere and depending on the number of folders and messages you have this could take a really long time to go through them all looking for a match. And I'm not sure how we'd identify a match. Messages do have a property called a ConversationTopic that's designed to loosely link all the messages in a converstaion thread. However, all the messages in a conversation have the same ConversationTopic so it'd be very difficult to pick out which message was the reply to a given message. Second, a recipient could have replied with a new message instead of using reply. So the reply might be there but we'd have no way to link it to the original message.
Cheers!
