Is there a way to turn off the "Show..." Bubble for MS Office Outlook

We are running SBS2003, exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.  I want to turn off the little bubble that pops up in the lower right hand corner via a group policy change so I don't have to go to every machine.

"Exchange Server Messages"
"Network Warnings"
"Network Connectivity Changes"

While I do believe the information is useful, I know it panics my end users when they see some warning about the exchange server etc.

Thanks for you help and again, just trying to avoid going around to all the machines and unchecking this.

I made the following changes:

I went to:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Display Types\Balloons
Then I added the 3 DWORD values of:
NetWarn
NetConn
Exchange
I left them at 0 (to be off)

2 questions:
1.  Could you elaborate on the policy or non-policy  and is that why Yours points to this:
HKCU\software\policies\microsoft\office\11.0\Outlook\Display Types\Balloons
2.  How long will it take for the changes to propigate or can I force the regedit change on the system?

Frank
Sorry, what I meant is that using a policy to set the registry settings to 0 is the same as just unchecking the options from the system tray, it doesn't "lock down" the settings so that they cannot be changed.

If the user logs off windows and logs back on, then starts Outlook the changes should be applied.
