Global Auto Signature for outlook 2003
Our company is using (1)Exchange 2003 with 2003 Actice Directory with Mixed mode. All outlook clients (300) are outlook 2003 with office SP1.
We are thinking push all user to use Auto Signature, so I am thinking use Group Policy to push out the Global Auto Signature. But the standard outlook11.adm does not have Global Auto Signature option.
My Question is : Can anyone tell me how can I push it out with Group Policy.
I had search the web : only this site have some information about it : but it didn't say how to use the file, it is not a VBS/Scripts. Here is the link : http://www.windowsitpro.com/Article/ArticleID/47211/47211.html

I already have the outlook11.adm, and I see the "Disable signatures for new messages' and "Disable signatures for replies and forwards" But it will not give other option, only enable or disable.
As the 47211 article, it said the "web listing 1" is the new administrative template.adm file which should include 2 new policy. But when I download the file, it was a zip file, after unzipped, it is a txt file, I had tried rename it as adm file, and add into the Group Pilicy object, it given me an error. So How to use the file ?

I found the fix now.
after download the file, and unzipped it. open the file, remove the first line. and saved it as adm file. and than add into the Group policy object.
On the client computer, I cannot find the "First-Run" at regedit. and I am getting the policy is not working problem. So I installed the SP2 for the office 2003. and it works.
