Yep, thanks, sorted the problem out. <br />

We think it was caused possibly by some spyware, she had quite a bit on her machine was affecting Word, too. Cleaned the machine (MS Anti-psyware and Ad-aware) now all fine <br />

A client on an NT server network with MS Exchange.<br />

Recently the site had some power problems and servers went down. This particular user now has the email auto-complete feature only working until she re-boots, then she has to start from scrathc again whilst Outlook &quot;remembers&quot; the auto-completes. I have checked all auto-complete seetings in Outlook all OK. All other users fine.<br />

Using Outlook (MS Office) XP on Windows XP Pro PC. Everything else in Outlook OK<br />
