Can't get rid of Archive Folder

I have an Archive Folder showing up in my folders list on the left.
Right-click - Close Archive Folder results in popup

Microsoft Office Outlook                                               X

  !  The operation failed. An object could not be found.
              [  OK  ]
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Outlook 2003, XP/SP2
Any ideas how to get rid of this folder and the error message?
