There is no 2001 format, as there is no Outlook 2001. There are Outlook 97, 98, 2000, 2002, and 2003 formats. When you create a new PST file in Outlook 2003, you have to option to select 97-2002 format (ANSI) or 2003 format (Unicode). &nbsp;Select the former. Then drag the emails and contacts to the new PST file.<br />
