MS PhotoDraw has generated errors

I am trying to install MS PhotoDraw 2000 on OS Windows 2000.  After I complete the installation of the software and try to open up PhotoDraw i get an error message saying "PHOTODRW.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows.  You will need to restart the program.  An error log is being created."  Can you please give me a solution to this problem.
