Can't uninstall office 2003

Hi all,

I have a second hand laptop with Xp Pro.  Office 2003 was already installed and I need to uninstall it then reinstall it with my own licenced Office 2003.

I cannot do it, I receive a message saying that the computer can't find the source, therefore it can't be removed. this is driving me mad, I really need to get my own Office installed. Tried to call Microsoft Hot-line but they don't know the answer.
