pdf to MacWord converter

Weed,

Is there freeware that imports pdf to macword and retains all the graphics.  got a new assignment and need to not reinvent the wheel...if it costs money that would be an option.

new mac user,

thanks,

samnite

Nothing is going to maintain all the formatting, graphics placement, text etc. PDF is a final output format. It's not meant to be translated to anything else, especially word. You can certainly go to a raster format like TIFF, but that doesnt maintain text that can be edited.

You can open PDFs in Illustrator and edit the text, but that's not Word, and the text doesnt re-flow.

samnite1, did you really want to accept the answer that told you that there is no such solution available, and ignore the answer that provided two solutions (even though one is not available for the Mac, and the other is quite expensive)?

The full version of Acrobat has the ability to convert a PDF to a Word doc. Retaining the format depends on the complexity of the formatting. The more complex it was, the less likely it is to retain it.
