windows xp, missing file msvcr80.dll

working on my sister's comput, AGAIN! not sure what she screwed up, but think i have the problem cornered, can't get on line with aol. ran norton win doctor, comes up missing file msvcr80.dll, might be located on removable drive, a non visible volume such as an ntfs drive or a network if  "C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\aspi cannot find file, you might have to reinstall,  ( note that the i on the end of aspi looks like an i with out the dot?) this is an emachine I'm working on 7 ofcoarse they didn't give her a recovery disk??!! is ther a way I can pull that file of my xp disk?? any help would be appreciated, thanks Sjerven7Start Free Trial
