DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hi, I'm running XP. I get the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error and the accompanying Blue death screen.
The message I get is:

(0X0000002A,0X0000006,0X0000000,0XF841BAFB)
SI3112r.sys - Address F841BAFB, base at F8414000, Datestamp 3ed7e3b9

This is happening at the end of an installation of Adobe Photoshop CS2 ?

Although we are all in agreement that the Silicon drivers seem to be the ones causing the crash, I have had similar problems with Intel chipset boards that had absolutely nothing to do with the drive controller even though they were cited in the BSOD. I found out by trial and error that the RAM was not up to speed for the FSB despite having the certification of being there. I swapped out with tried-and-true Kingston and all of my problems went away. Since it seems your system is working most of the time, try killing all other unnecessary processes and install it. This will resolve many conflicts during installation.

Thanks guys I tried killing all processes, and the problem persists. I'm not able to substitute ram at the moment (tried memtest, but couldnt get the cd to boot (set the order in bios ok). I may go back to this problem. meanwhile will split points.
