need a program to monitor what kids are doing on the computer

I need a program that will record what children are doing on their computers.  I have a friend who has a 9 and 12 year old and wants to know who they are chatting with, what sites they are going to, what passwords they are using, etc.  Open to suggestions.

There are 100s of programs that do this, you didnt mention your budget.  Depending on how savy your kids are, you may need one that can hide itself from programs designed to detect keyloggers.

One of the best is Guardian Monitor Professional 9.0.  Its $60 but you can block offensive sites with an error page so your kids wont know there is software blocking the site and try to figure out how to remove it.  Heres a copy and paste of the features. (http://www.guardiansoftware.com/index.html)

Block offensive web sites
Guardian lets you block them discreetly, returning a "404 Error, page not found" error for Web sites that you feel should be Off Limits!
      Monitors all activity including:
Web sites visited, chat rooms (and what was said), emails sent, IM (Instant Messaging) sessions and all video and audio (mp3) downloads.
Emails you a copy of exactly what was done on your computer
Captures and records all keystrokes and downloaded files.
Records HotMail, Yahoo Mail, AOL Mail, SMTP, POP3 and IMAP email, both send and receive messages
       Guardian Monitor Pro also includes:
Choose between Open or Stealth mode.
        Multi-User monitoring.
Hidden from most computer Spyware detectors.
